Initial Consult: A minimum of 20 minutes    No Charge

The process begins with an initial call. We can do this over the phone or through a Zoom meeting. This will be about twenty minutes. 

There is no charge for this time. This is where we find out if we are a fit. 

If we agree to work together, we can then discuss compensation and scheduling. 

At this time we will also discuss package prices and what path to take for your inner work. 

First Session: 60-90 Minutes     $195. (Discovery Session)

(This first session is usually part of one of the packages below and will only be charged the above price if not pursuing further work together. )

The first session will begin with addressing the challenge being faced, client history and life experiences, and the process that will be of the most benefit. 

This session also includes preparation for upcoming work based on what is mutually decided in that direction. 

The Take Away

Instruction: Breathing, Mindfulness, short meditation, and the course of ongoing work. 

Experience: Relaxation and trance often accompanied by personal insights or direction
