My Story, by John G. Lawrentz
John G. Lawrentz, BA, MBPT, CHT, IFS Informed Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Based Psychedelic therapist
John Gordon Lawrentz is my given name. I have gone by both John and Johnny all of my life. You are welcome to call me whichever resonates with you.
I am a dad, granddad, brother, spouse, partner, and all of those other labels that identify our personal ego.
I'm not much of a fan of labels, as I feel that much like dogma, these things limit our ability to be open to what is not labeled or not given to us by authority.
I came into this work to fix what was broken or undone in myself. In the process, I've learned how to navigate this self-healing tool that we all possess.
We are here to grow and evolve our individual soul. I've found and simplified a very easy and gentle way to access the Inner Space where this evolution takes place.

The evolution of the LEMethod
The LEMethod has come together from many different aspects of lifelong study. Possibly beginning with martial arts and meditation practices in my early twenties and spanning all the way to beginning college at the age of Forty. Beginning with an Associates degree in Addictions Counseling, and going on to earn my bachelors degree at the age of fifty and continuing my education to specialize in hypnotherapy and plant medicine for psychedelic therapy. I am IFS Informed through IFSCA in Internal Family Systems.
With all the ingredients I have incorporated into this healing process, I could never make a complete list.

Being introduced to Carlos Castaneda, martial arts, and meditation by a powerful role model, Sensei, mentor, friend and fellow believer in 'what is not seen'. You know who you are. Thank you to the unnamed!!
Shamanic studies and research, Native American sweat lodge ceremonies, family history of addiction, grandparents from a generation and a background that taught Love (with a capitol L).
I have taken formal classes in past life regression (MaryLee Labay), Beyond Meditation (The Monroe Institute), Shamanic Journeying for Guidance and Healing (Sandra Ingerman), Psychology of the Future (Stanislav Grof) Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy (CAPT) PSS1 , 2 and 3 (Medicinal Mindfulness) and have devoured stacks, shelves, and boxes of books (as well as hundreds in my kindle library) on these subjects and more.
Working consciously through mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and plant medicines, I help you move beyond fear and awaken the healing already within you.
