John is a caring, nurturing type of leader. I find it

easy to loosen up and feel comfortable with him and

am at ease when participating in his circles. There

is a genuine, authentic essence to John; it’s clear that

he is present, that he listens well, and that his intentions

are good and pure. This, juxtaposed with his rhythm

This was the first time I had seen anyone do an integration session in the format that you used. The meditation in the beginning allowed me to drop back into journey space so I was more able to answer the prompts from my inner wisdom rather than just my thinking mind.
