The LEMethod brings together hypnotherapy, IFS-informed exploration, mindfulness, meditation, journey work, and other experiential approaches. Rather than following a single formula, the work is shaped around you—what you’re experiencing, what you’re ready to explore, and what may be happening beneath the surface.
We begin with a brief discovery call to talk about what brings you here, what you’re hoping to explore, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions about the process.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive some information and initial paperwork to complete before we meet. This helps me understand more about what you’re experiencing and gives you an opportunity to begin reflecting on what you would like to explore.
Your first session gives us more time to explore what is happening in your life and what you would like to better understand or change. We’ll begin identifying patterns, experiences, and areas that may be important to the work.
There is no predetermined path. The approach develops around you, your readiness, and what emerges through the process.
As the work continues, we may draw from hypnotherapy, IFS-informed exploration, mindfulness, meditation, journey work, and other experiential approaches. What we use—and when—depends on what you are exploring, your comfort and readiness, and what feels appropriate for the work.
Integration is the process of bringing what emerges through inner work into everyday life. An insight or experience can open a door, but meaningful change often develops through what happens afterward—how you relate to yourself, the choices you make, and the patterns you begin to see differently.
Together, we can explore how to carry what you’ve discovered forward in ways that feel grounded, practical, and meaningful to you.

You may have encountered parts of yourself, powerful imagery, a sense of presence or entities, ancestral or legacy material, or experiences described within IFS as unattached burdens or legacy burdens. You do not need to have an explanation for what happened—or make it fit someone else’s explanation—in order to explore what it means to you.
My approach is to meet these experiences with curiosity and respect, without imposing a particular spiritual, psychological, or metaphysical interpretation. What matters is your experience, the meaning it holds for you, and how you want to integrate it into your life.
You do not have to make your experience smaller in order to bring it into the room.

If this approach resonates with you, we can begin with a brief discovery call to explore what brings you here and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Working consciously through mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and plant medicines, I help you move beyond fear and awaken the healing already within you.
